Check your
toilet commode water tanks for leaking supply valves which may cause
overflow and ball or flap valves which are not sealing correctly.
Check to make
sure your water heater is not leaking and that it fills up properly.
Check all
faucets to make sure that they are not dripping or open. Including
showers, sinks, and outside faucets.
Check for open
or leaky valves on your appliances such as your washer, dishwasher
and water heater.
Check to make
sure your lawn hose and outside faucets are turned off completely.
Check the pipes and the fittings in your house to make sure that
none of them are leaking.
Check for leaky pipes between the water meter and your house.
Check for leaks in equipment or pipes connected to outside water
features, such as pools, fish ponds or fountains.
Check all equipment connected to your water lines.
